My Name is Marisa
Marisa Disisto, a highly experienced makeup artist with more than two decades of expertise, is the proud founder of Lustre Chic Beautique, established in Florida in 2019. Specializing primarily in bridal makeup, Marisa's remarkable talent has been showcased across a diverse spectrum, spanning film, television, runway, print, editorial, and special effects realms. Her illustrious career includes collaborations with esteemed brands such as MTV, Nickelodeon, Covergirl, YouTube, and others.
In addition to her extensive practical knowledge, Marisa has also contributed as an educator in premier cosmetology and esthetic schools on Long Island. Her background encompasses areas of marketing, customer service, and contact center management. Marisa embarked on her makeup journey as an Advanced Certified artist for MAC Cosmetics during her late teens, followed by over four years of behind-the-scenes work at ABC.
Holding licenses as an esthetician in both New York and Florida, Marisa's expertise extends to certifications as an Advanced Lash Technician, Airbrush Artist, Face Painter, Body Artist, and Spray Tan Technician. In 2019, she established Lustre Chic Beautique to address the shortage of professional hair and makeup services along the Treasure Coast of Florida. Since then, the company has expanded statewide, boasting a team of over 120 freelance artists and earning prestigious accolades such as The Knot's "Best of Weddings" for five consecutive years and Wedding Wire's Couple's Choice award in 2022 and 2023.
Marisa's unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in her daily endeavors to elevate and refine the brand, ensuring an unparalleled customer experience for every bride.
